Damson Technologies and Catalystic, will merge to become Damson Cloud Limited and will trade internationally with business operations in London and Dublin.
The merger brings together Catalystic’s extensive Cloud Computing consulting services and network of UK clients with Damson’s expertise in custom technical implementations and wide ranging experience with Google’s Enterprise products and services. The combined strengths of Catalystic and Damson will allow Damson Cloud Limited to emerge as a leading provider of Cloud Computing solutions that will benefit from a team of highly experienced Sales and IT professionals.
